Olio Nuovo is our “new harvest” olive oil, made from estate Maurino olives harvested in October 2026. This exceptionally fresh oil is unfiltered and unclarified, giving it its naturally cloudy appearance. Intensely grassy and full of flavor, our Olio Nuovo is a special treat we look forward to every harvest season.
Because it has not yet been clarified, it is best enjoyed by February 13th, 2027.
